Bursaries

Parents should be aware that Oundle will offer financial help towards the payment of fees in cases of proven need. This assistance is available in the form of bursaries which will vary in size according to circumstances and which may be as high as 100%. These bursaries are awarded according to need and are not dependent on scholastic merit, save that the pupil in question must satisfy the School’s entry requirements and continue to work to capacity in his or her progress through the School. It may be that the parents of a scholarship winner will need to apply for a bursary in addition. We will, of course, look sympathetically at such requests. We encourage parents who feel that they may need the support of a bursary to discuss the matter with us well in advance of the due date of entry to the School.
