Oxbridge offers 2026
We are delighted to celebrate the twelve Oundelians who have received offers from Oxbridge. Seven were successful in securing places at Cambridge and five at Oxford, to pursue studies across a broad range of subjects including Law, Architecture, Mathematics, Geography, History and French, Linguistics, Classics, Philosophy, PPE and Theology.
Their success is a testament to months of focused effort, intellectual curiosity and perseverance, guided and encouraged throughout by their teachers.
Overseas University applications
In addition, five pupils have received Early Decision offers at a number of leading US universities, including Dartmouth, NYU, Syracuse University, Stevens Institute of Technology and Northeastern, with two awarded significant scholarships.
Beyond Early Decision applications, pupils have applied to a wide range of universities worldwide, including institutions in Hong Kong and Canada, with offers continuing to arrive daily. Notable early successes include offers from Northeastern University for Economics and International Business on its Global Scholars programme, SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) with a scholarship award, and IE University in Madrid.
Veterinary Science and Medicine applications
This year, ten Oundelians have applied for highly competitive courses in Veterinary Science and Medicine, alongside applications for Physiotherapy and Midwifery. All have secured at least one interview so far, and we wish them every success as their applications progress.
We also wish every success to pupils applying to universities across the UK through UCAS and are delighted to see so many already receiving successful offers for their chosen courses.
