The Work in Progress Exhibition (WIP) gives all the opportunity to see how the Lower Sixth Form artists from Oundle School, Kings School Peterborough, and Prince William School work from conception to creation and the exciting creative journey that takes place. The WIP will highlight the Schools’ strong culture of experimentation, innovation, and debate. Within a dynamic and vibrant environment that encourages risk, originality and diversity in thinking, pupils are encouraged to challenge and develop their ideologies and practice both collaboratively and independently. The exhibition is a tantalising chance to see pupils in the middle of this creative process. The Yarrow Gallery WIP show provides an opportunity for pupils to share their work, learning more about each other’s practice and enabling you to gauge a broader range of responses to your ongoing artistic practice. For visitors it is a wonderful way to see the artists of the future as their newest creations take shape.
