"There will be few pupils who do not experience the odd bump along the way during adolescence and we pride ourselves in supporting them, from either within or independent of the School, through any difficult patches they might face."Mrs Ann Meisner, Deptuy Head Pastoral
If help is needed, there are several places and people within the Oundle community to turn. Where pupils may need further help for emotional wellbeing, one-to-one sessions are available in the private setting of the School’s Clayton Rooms, these include Yoshi the dog, who is a trained welfare dog. These are entirely confidential and offer therapeutic support through an experienced wellbeing team led by our Mental Health Lead. Most sessions are arranged via self-referral and cover difficulties such as friendship and family issues, anxiety and low mood. Links are made with parents, School staff and the School GP where necessary.
