We are fortunate to have Gerard McChrystal as one of our Visiting Music Teachers, a legend of the saxophone world. Our evening compromises two sessions: 17:15 offers an informal approach to improvisation with a view to facilitating the players in the Jazz Bands; the Sax Night at 19:45 offers a mix of solo repertoire, combined with piano accompaniment from Director of Music, Quentin Thomas, and sax pupils. Not to be missed.
