Oundle School
Football
Football at Oundle has developed rapidly over the last decade. It has grown from a Sixth Form option for non-rugby players, to a main sports option available to all from the Fourth Form upwards. U13 A, B, C and D XI play in the Michaelmas, Christmas and Easter Quarters. Junior Colts A and B and Colts A and B play in the Easter Quarter only. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th XI Seniors play in the Easter Quarter only. The 1st XI plays in the Crusader Cup competition.

The School's main block fixtures are against Rugby, Radley, Haileybury, and Bedford.

Achievements
The 1st XI has been a semi-finalist in the Crusader Cup on two occasions since it began. The outstanding captains of recent years have been Michael Ridley (StA) and Christopher Roddis-Ferrari (L). The School Football Club has benefited from coaching from the Aston Villa Academy, Derby County FC, Rushden and Diamonds FC and Leicester City FC.
