Grafton is one of four spacious purpose-built boys' boarding Houses collectively known as the Field Houses, situated off Milton road, and backing on to the playing fields. Named after the sixteenth century Grocer and printer, Grafton's first boarders took up residence in 1902, moving to the present site in 1905.
Mr Gough joined Oundle in 2003 to teach Biology and Chemistry having taught previously for six years at QEGS Wakefield. He is married with two young children. Mr Gough coaches rugby and cricket, and he has been in charge of the Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award at Oundle for the last five years.
The Housemaster is supported by a team of six tutors: Mr Clark (Head of Science and Technology); Mr Jessop (Head of French); Mr Kemp (History), Deputy Housemaster; Mr Olver (PE and Head of Rugby), Mr Priest (Sports Fellow), Mr Singh (Chemistry) and Mr Wells (Head of Physics and Electronics).
