Facing Milton Road to the front and the expanse of the playing fields at the rear, Crosby House derives its name from the Grocer and diplomat Sir John Crosby, and was first occupied by boarders in 1907. Crosby currently accommodates 62 boys from 13 to 18 years of age.
Revd Edwardson joined Oundle to teach Religious Studies in 1998, and became Housemaster in 2002. He is married and has three children, and wife is a Tutor in Laxton. His interests include choral music, opera, renaissance art, hill-walking, racquet sports and natural history.
In addition to the Housemaster the House has a team of six tutors: Mr Aronoff (Yale Fellow: Mathematics); Mr Bejoint, the Deputy Housemaster (Modern Languages); Mr Maitre (Head of Rowing); Dr Quiddington (Chemistry); Mr Roberts (Physics); and Mr Tweedie (Economics/Politics)
