OSJO's Greatest Hits
Orders are now being taken for a new recording of the Oundle School Jazz Orchestra. The CD contains thirteen tracks of OSJO's "greatest hits", and features a cross-section of OSJO's ever popular repertoire.
The last OSJO recording was in 1996, and since then the band has developed under the leadership of Mr Richard Kauffmann. The CD marks both the retirement this year of "Mr K", and the fact that OSJO has a particularly fine group of players at present.
There are some outstanding solo performances from Suzie Shinner (vocals), Tom Brewster (trumpet) and Adam Bones, Dominic Arnold, Matt Thomas and Aidan Grounds (saxophones).
