House Matron

£21,067 per annum, plus accommodation
Permanent - 6 days per week, term time only

Working under the direction of the Housemaster/mistress, you will be responsible for the care and supervision of the pupils (aged 13-18) includinggeneral well-being, health and presentation.

To be successful, you will have a friendly and approachable manner, experience of working with young people and a well-organised approach.A current full UK driving licence is essential as well as a First Aid certificate.

Self-contained accommodation will be available throughout the year. All meals provided during term time.

Chef

£19,692 per annum
41.4 working weeks, average 40 hours per week

The Catering Department prides itself on consistently producing food of the highest quality for pupils, staff and visitors including hospitality events and the external Lets business during School holiday periods.  The role of the Chef is to focus on food production and service, producing healthy balanced food whilst maintaining hygiene, health and safety standards at the highest level.The successful candidate will work 41.4 weeks (46.38 paid weeks including holiday pay).  Hours of duty are 80 hours over 14 days, on a two week rota with every other weekend off.  Some split shifts will be required.  All applicants must have a relevant qualification as detailed on the job description, and previous experience working as a Chef.

The role of the General Catering Assistant is to provide a catering service of the highest standard at all times for pupils, staff and visitors within the School by focussing on food service, customer care and assisting with some basic food preparation.

The requirement is to work 40 hours over a two week rota, Monday to Friday, 36.4 weeks per year.
