With her husband Robert, Joan Wyatt co-founded the Gild of Our Lady of Oundle in the early part of the sixteenth century, and gave her name to one of a pair of houses built in 1990 for the first girl boarders. Wyatt was purpose-built with many spacious common rooms, and is surrounded by the School playing fields from its position on Pavilion Drive.

Dr Mola has taught Modern Languages at Oundle since 1991 and was formerly Head of Spanish. She is married and has two sons. She coaches netball and enjoys skiing, travel and the performing arts.

In addition to the Housemistress, the House has a team of nine tutors: Miss Comb (Modern Languages); Mrs Gould (English); Miss Harmer (Classics); Miss Hodgson, Deputy (Classics); Miss Oade (Classics); Mrs Redding (Educational Support) and Mrs Thomas (Educational Support); Mr Wood (English).
